Agency Map Coin

The Agency Map Coin is a collectible tied to the Agency map rather than a weapon skin, sticker, glove, or knife. In CS2 inventory terms, coins are display items that mark events, service, operations, maps, or account milestones, and this one is associated with Agency as a recognizable map-themed collectible.

Agency has not been a permanent core map in every CS2 playlist, so players often ask about it when it disappears from active rotation. Valve regularly changes available maps and modes, so Agency can be absent from competitive or casual groups without being deleted from the game entirely.

Coins in CS2 come from several sources depending on the coin type: account milestones like the 5 Year Veteran Coin, service medals tied to profile rank, operation progress, Pick'Em events for Majors, and some map or event-related collectibles. Unlike weapon finishes, coins are not obtained through float-based drops or wear tiers, and many older coins are no longer directly earnable once their event or condition has passed.

Map creators can be paid if Valve officially selects their map for inclusion, especially when it is part of an operation, active map pool content, or monetized game content. Payment is not automatic for every Workshop upload, but accepted creators may receive compensation through Valve agreements tied to the map's use in CS2.
