All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy for Chinese Market Purchases:
In the case of Seller Reversal, you will receive a full refund, including SkinSwap's service fee. In the case of Buyer Reversal (if YOU reverse the trade), you will not be eligible for a refund. If you decline or fail to accept the Steam trade offer within the allowed time, you will be refunded the item's purchase price minus SkinSwap's service fee. If you request a refund to your original payment method (such as card, CashApp, or crypto), please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. You will receive the refunded amount minus any third-party processing or network fees incurred during the original transaction.
